Our 4″X6″ Custom Patch – Name Badge Embroidered offers a versatile solution for all your custom patch needs.
We only use 100% polyester, high gloss, thread, and twill backing for a long-lasting patch with colors that resist fading.
All of our patches include iron-on backing so they can be sewn on or ironed on. It can be ironed onto almost anything made of cotton. Shirts, pants, caps, bags, aprons, jackets, lunch bags, and more. If applying to something other than cotton It will need to be sewn on.
Whether you choose our 4X6 inch Custom Patch or a different size, we ensure quality craftsmanship.

Once the patch is in place, cover it with a cotton cloth, and iron for 15-20 seconds with heavy pressure.
For permanent placement sewing is recommended.
