Patch turnaround times:
If ordering a straight bar or rocker, the normal turnaround time is 2-4 days. If ordering bulk or a custom design, the turnaround time will be a little longer. If there is an in-hand date that needs to be met, please get in touch with us for a more accurate time.
Can I visit your store?
Yes you can. We love meeting our customers in person. Feel free to stop by anytime during regular business hours.

What information is needed to receive a patch price quote?
To provide an accurate price quote, we require your artwork or design concept, the desired size of your patches, the quantity, and any additional customizations you'd like.
What are your office hours?
Our shop is open from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday - Sunday. Feel free to email 24/7.
Will my patches be made in the U.S.?
YES! We will make your patches in our shop in Dallas Texas.

What size can my patch be?
We can create patches in a wide range of sizes. Our sizes range from 2 to 17 inches depending on the overall shape.
What about copyrighted or licensed designs?
We do not knowingly reproduce copyrighted material and will not accept liability for such infringement when reproducing orders. You are solely responsible for ensuring the artwork you submit does not infringe on property rights by obtaining proper permission for the reproduction of logos, trademarks and copyrighted material.
What image file types do you accept?
Vector-based files in EPS, AI or PDF are recommended. If you have a raster-based image such as PSD, PNG or JPG, please send it in the actual size. Send the highest resolution file you have available. The highest-resolution files work best.
