Is there a minimum order for custom stickers.
Yes. There is a $35 minimum order for custom stickers
What about copyrighted or licensed designs?
We do not knowingly reproduce copyrighted material and will not accept liability for such infringement when reproducing orders. You are solely responsible for ensuring the artwork you submit does not infringe on property rights by obtaining proper permission for the reproduction of logos, trademarks and copyrighted material.
What are the different patch backing styles?
- Iron on Backing - Iron on backing is a special type of backing that when heated, will form a bond between the patch and the fabric. All of our patches include iron on backing unless other wise noted.
- Single Velcro - Single velcro includes the hook side attached to the patch.
- Double Velcro - Double velcro includes the hook side attached to the patch and the loop side to attach to your garment.
What are your office hours?
Our shop is open from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday - Sunday. Feel free to email 24/7.
What does production time mean?
Production time is the time between when you approve your sample and when your order is complete.
What happens if there is a mistake with my order?
If we have made a mistake, please contact customer service immediately. We will replace the incorrect items as quickly as possible. If we cannot replace the items to meet your deadline, we will work with you to come up with an appropriate solution.
What image file types do you accept?
Vector-based files in EPS, AI or PDF are recommended. If you have a raster-based image such as PSD, PNG or JPG, please send it in the actual size. Send the highest resolution file you have available. The highest-resolution files work best.
What information is needed to receive a patch price quote?
To provide an accurate price quote, we require your artwork or design concept, the desired size of your patches, the quantity, and any additional customizations you'd like.
What is the minimum order for patches?
There are no minimums.
