Yes. We keep your artwork on file to make reordering and using your art on other products quick and easy!
What happens if there is a mistake with my order?
If we have made a mistake, please contact customer service immediately. We will replace the incorrect items as quickly as possible. If we cannot replace the items to meet your deadline, we will work with you to come up with an appropriate solution.
What does production time mean?
Production time is the time between when you approve your sample and when your order is complete.
